I need to know when everyone sleeps.
I am still *****ing with my dad about when to sleep. I told him I prefer to sleep around 10-11 PM at night on Monday-Thursday and 1-2+ AM on Friday and Saturday.
Give me an reason and a yes or no. If you're going to flame, don't bother, my dad wants to read.

it depends what time you wake up. i say on the weekends it dont make a damn bit of difference. but during the week, it would probably be best to be rested good like. i think they say 8 hours is good. but i dont know abnout all that. you know how sometimes you wake up with 4 hours of sleep and you have more energy all day than if you slept all night. i usually get to sleep at 10 if im gonna wake up at 530. and i usually feel pretty good.

I sleep from 12-1 to 7:45 on weekdays.

On weekends I sleep from whenever I go to sleep(usually between 1 and 3) to whenever I wake up(usually about 10).

A few years back, I was working a job that really screwed up my exercise schedule.

Instead of working out when I travelled I hung out with a group of hard core partyers.

I noticed that unequivocally the exercise was dramatically increasing my sleep needs. I needed the extra rest and still do when I exercise intensely.

When I went off exercise, I needed less sleep, but was less energetic during the day.

So get as much sleep as you can.

I've generally noticed that going to sleep earlier (10-11) leads to a much more restful night. If I went to sleep really late, I'd wake up the next day and feel tired & sluggish (sadly I still do it, because I want to watch the late shows, Leno & Conan). But if you're used to going to bed at 3AM and suddenly go at 10PM, you'll probably wake up in the middle of the night and not be able to go back to sleep, at least until your body adjusts to the change. It's like being jetlagged.

I've also noticed I need around 9 hrs of sleep to feel well-rested the next day.

Noone answered my question.
My question was that "is it okay to sleep (read above) at the time I want to?"

As I said before, I go to bed late because I watch the late shows. Maybe if you actually read my reply, you wouldn't complain that nobody answered your question.

Agree or no? Give me an reason and yes or no. If you're going to flame, don't bother, my dad wants to read.
That sounds like a pretty normal sleep schedule, why does your dad not agree with this? What time do you have to wake up during the week?

Yeah what time do you have to wake up?

If you can sleep in it's ok, but if you have a job where you gotta be there at 8, going to bed at 1 isn't so good.

Well that wasn't exactly my question, I meant is it OKAY.
I wanted an answer that's more direct, like "yes it's okay and I sleep at X".

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.
