For the past few months I have been having issues with sleep. It would take like two hours to fall asleep and I will wake up tired. Sometimes with my body hurting. I have a pretty good diet, I do kickboxing every week so what gives? I just finished highschool so there is no stress really. I feel lIke I'm running out of options so I'm taking melotonin but it wasn't working so I quit taking it. Im always yawning as if I don't sleep even though it appears that I'm getting the right amount of hours. I really dnot remember the last time I woke up feeling refreshed and energized. I just want to get say to myself "that was the greatest sleep ever!" miss that feeling. I really need some help here.
