Skinny arms?

I have very skinny forearms, 2 inches at the skinniest part. Im about 5'10". I have no idea how much I weigh. just turned 16.

How can I get them wider? I don't want to put on fat though.

I eat a lot, more than some of my bigger friends, and still I'm skinny. I tend to eat healthier than them too. They'll eat Mcdonalds sometimes, and other stuff like that. Where I give in is snacks. I often get a snack towards the end of school, usually candy or microwaveable food. What something healthy I can buy at walgreens, that would be good for a cheap snack afterschool?

Gain muscle mass all over your body, and with it, your forearms will get bigger. The deadlifts and barbell rows you'll be doing with help add size to your forearms.

If there is every a problem in your life, 99% of the time it can be fixed with deadlifts.

If you want bigger harms your gonna have to hit your tricep & bis at least once a week.

As for a snack,go w/ your parents grocery shopping and buy tons of fruit!

I don't validate myself to you. lol. Everyone that's small follows your advice. My arms are big, and yes junior, far bigger than yours, and all my movements with it are compound. You're 148lbs, and you're small. You'd think you'd get that, but you seem to think it's something to be proud of.

Yes I'm small at 5 8",but weight means nothing when you lift for looks. I can care less about how much I lift,I passed up my strength goal twice over when I first started.

start putting on weight, not taking it off.

Again for 'novice' class for 150lbs. and under I'm overweight,which is the comp. I might enter next year.

Strength training lol. You probably can bench press more than me, but I'm twice the size of you lol. I sir, bodybuild, not strength train.

You're 5'8'' at 148, you're in light weight and if you keep going down, you'll soon make it to bantam weight(gay). You should be at least in middle or if you had dedication, light heavy weight. Stop selling yourself short, and get big.

The guy holding the trophy weighted in at 148lbs and is taller then me,he won the class I'm probably going into next year. How could I w/ less expierence and being shorter fit into a heavier weight class?

And to add, you can put on more weight and less experience.

im trying my best to stay off the 'blinkwatt is a pencil' bandwagon, if your advice is good than it doesnt matter. but right now it's lousy.

and i dont care about your progress or your pics. there are lots of ppl here who look better than you but dont need to be validated on this forum.

Show me proof that hitting the ANY muscle extremely hard once a week isn't better then hitting it hard twice a week?

Only one person posted proof that they have a better build then me. Unless you post proof you have no right saying you look better then 'X'.
