Hi gents,

I never considered taking care of my skin at all. However, one day I could see that my I looking bit older than I really am. Started moisturising and using retinol for a couple of months now and I can clearly see the difference. Oh and not to forget the sunscreen too. I am currently living in Australia so sun can be harsh here. Additionally, I have been adding good foods to my diet, doing regular workouts (cardio and weights), drinking alcohol in moderation and I have quit smoking for more than a year now so all these factors could be helping too.

Do you have any skincare regimen and do you believe that it should be a part of your daily life? Or do you think it's just feminine?

Cheers.

I live in Arizona and the sun is harsh here too. It can mess with your skin, and also your brain. You can forget to do basic sh1t like conduct a search:

a basic search on skin care

Although isn't it winter where you are?

This is where you have to use the women to get the best results. They've been researching this shyte their entire lives, no need to reinvent the wheel again .

Make it fun:ask that woman who friendzoned/ditched you as a final goodbye( its also a feminine question so best to ask a woman who you cant gain anything from anymore) :

"Hey bytch imma level up on all facets of life, mind sharing some beauty secrets?".

Wash your face at least twice a day with a cleanser. Moisturize daily. Wear sunscreen. Drink a shvt ton of water (at least 3 liters a day). Do all the other healthy stuff- exercise, good diet, don’t smoke, little alcohol, etc

Generally speaking, shouldn't use body wash on your face, a dedicated face cleanser is important but this stuff is amazing, highly recommended.

Moisturizer for me depends on your needs, some have a lot of oil in them, maybe you need that maybe you don't, I personally use hand cream on my face and body when I need it which is rare since I've been using this scrub

Well I'm here to tell you there is such a magic wand. Something that will make you almost completely irresistible to any woman you "point it" at. Something guaranteed to fill your life with love, romance, and excitement.

Take collagen peptide supplements and drink bone broth, both boost collagen levels from beneath the skin's surface. Google it.

Read the labels on creams and moisturizers. "Reduces the *appearance* of fine lines and wrinkles." They don't get rid and if you stop using, they'll return.

Collagen supplements and bone broth will, from underneath. Also exfoliate at least once a week with an alpha hydroxy acid treatment.

Bone broth is all the rage, you can buy it anywhere, I drink Swanson's Chicken Bone Broth. One cup a day and in 3-4 months, lines around my eyes are gone and my skin is plumper like in my 20s. I highly recommend.

My girl is a dermatologist, she knows all this stuff.

You can enhance the flavor with various spices, like curry powder and I've used cinnamon too. Or mix with other soups like tomato basil or Ramon.

It's expensive tho that's the only drawback. Unless you make yourself which I don't have time for. The brand I drink, Swanson isn't too bad.

I just put my bones from my whole chicken into a crock pot and let it simmer all day, need like 2 minutes.

Your nuts if your buying bone broth bro, where im from its very expensive in the stores, anything keto related off the shelf is super expensive, it's been a buzz thing for a while now

I noticed my skin tone and skin health getting visibly better when I increased my protein intake, guess it's related to collagen production.

I distrust so called face exfoliators, because you are supposed to have a layer of dead skin cells on the outside. I see it as just a marketing gimmick at best, harmful at worst, exploiting laypeoples' ignorance of dermatology and vulnerability to scam rhetoric. And while i was using it i noticed if anything that my acne got worse, which is indeed expected when you remove a protective layer.

I use sunscreen, retinol and a moisturiser which is what i picked up from a couple of skincare specialists on youtube (Ali Abdaal and Dr Usama Syed). Im also considering blepharoplasty for dennie-morgan lines. Aside from that it's just the usual stuff - exercise, sleep, diet, low stress, total abstinence from alcohol, cigarettes and drugs.

Drink more water and stay hydrated. That will do more for you than anything else if you aren't doing that already.
