I would like to reach a four/ six pack in 4 weeks, since i´m fairly slim and have low% of body fat I think it might be possible. Even if it´s not, I´ll look more rippded.

I would like you guys to recommend me a six pack diet, and a certain amount of cardio. I´ll continue lifting weights.

If you are already slim that indicates you have a fast metabolism already - so I would be concentrating on working out hard and eating enough calories to add muscle. What do you want to look like.....one of those faggy model guys that look like they just got out of a concentration camp? Build some muscle and then go for the sixpack.

Exercise is more important for the 6 pack than the diet, Some basic and easy exercises for 6 pack abs are leg lifts, the plank, and the crunch.
These exercise can be performed on the floor with an exercise mat.
For the six pack abs, a person has not only strengthened their abs by performing exercises, but also follow a diet and workout routine that hilp him to have a low body fat and help to visible abdominal muscles.

FALSE

You can do 10 crunches a day, and you will have a 6-pack if you get your BF% low enough.

You can do Bicycle Crunches for 3 hours straight, followed by Captain's Chairs for 3 hours, followed by Planks for 3 hours and you won't see a glimpse of your abs if your BF% is not low enough.

Think of it as an inverse relationship between level of exercise and strictness of diet. When one is very high, the other can be low. Or both can be moderate. When planning diet and exercise, the importance of one is determined by the other.

LOL....wow you have no idea what his stats are, what his body fat percentage is and you are writing out a generic diet?

Not to mention your demonizing fat from food as if its the reason people have mid section fat?

Wow bro, I sincerely hope you don't truly believe in this; unless of course you copy and pasted this off the net after Googling "6 pack diet." Which sounds more likely since you have no clue what your talking about

saim is a spambot, too. Everyone's a bot these days, especially on H&F. Spamming health and fitness forums must pay very well, because there are so many people doing it.
