To be fair, in House of Cards isn't it implied that Underwood and his wife have an open relationship? I wouldn't say he gets cucked. She cheats on him and he cheats on her. It's heavily implied he's bisexual (he had a relationship at college with another man). The only reason he even married his wife is that she's useful for pretending he's respectable to the public and because she's good at plotting with him.
