..bottom line is, most of the time, we already know when she is or isnt. We just subconcously choose to ignore the facts that lay right in front of our eyes. ..when we start asking this question, its pretty much already happened

hmmm if we agree the day before to hang out around 5 and she texts you on the day you are supposed to hang out at 1 asking if you want to hang out tonite at 6?

or its a Friday and she is done class at 1pm and she asks if you want to hang out much later in the day like 7?

also, make sure the signs are legit. and that you actually have a reason to suspect her outside of your own insecurity.

insecurity has been known to produce fake signs when she really isnt doing anything.

just keep that in mind.

Oh please. A real cheater got game. She will actually conceal or do the opposite of all those things. Last thing she wants to do is raise suspicion about her covert activities when you aren't there.

I would actually get more suspcicious if she goes out on "Girls' Nights Out" or acts a little extra-nice to you out of the blue. Also, excessive internet use...since it's easy to hide emails, but not phone records.

relationships, in my mind, are seducing the same person over and over again. if you're still handling the relationship the same now as you did when it started, it's possibly getting boring for the both of you. even if she is an afc, she's going to need some excitement in her life. i don't think this flaking is a sign of cheating, but i think it's a sign that something isn't right in the relationship.

try honest talk, but not a serious heavy one. for example, take her to a new restaurant or a cool bar, enjoy the evening, and at some point say "hey, is everything okay? because i feel like something's not quite right between us."

Other signs to look out for are behaviour change.

It can either be behaviour change that is bad or better to you than she's ever been.

The most important sign you have to trust though is one that you feel inside that is given to you by your gut instinct.

That inner sense we all have that tells us if something is wrong or something is alright.

Sometimes our logical mind likes to try and override this feeling as silly or it tries to write the feeling off as insecurity.

Basically our logical mind will sabotage our gut instinct feeling that can save us from pain because our logical mind wants to look for verifiable proof of wrongdoing but sometimes wrongdoing if hidden enough can only be felt and that is where your gut instinct comes in.

It gives you a sense of whether a person is lying to you or not or has changed in some way.

Cheaters still have general signs. if she has something to loss and hides what she does from you then she will get a little tense if she thinks you're coming on to her.

lying is not easy. you not only have to convince others that what you say is true, but yourself as well.

a person who's good at it will fool you for a while, but they will slip up, and thats when you catch them.
