why do you think it is that the majority of the party type hot college girls remain single?

Because nobody is man enough to step up to them. Seriously, if you hang around party chicks in college, it's amazingly easy to score. Play your game, and bam, you're in.

But here's where most guys **** up... they never call back. Thus, the girl gets slutted around.

They're not single by choice, they're single because no man steps up.

*they have not yet learnt to be manipulative and narcisitic
*pressure to pickup/have sex (coupled with it become less "taboo" to do such stuff)
*they are "more fun" and more willing to express themselves and have a good time
