single forever?

I've read many threads here about marriage, how many are against the idea(I am kinda against marriage too) it needs a lot of money, typically you need to own a house(which is not easy) and have a stable income and preferably some money saved in case **** happens (like the financial crisis so you don't end up looking in the trash for food )

and getting screwed by the same woman forever is not something I look forward to. BUT, if we stay single, how long is it until we get tired of dating, and playing games and going out... what happens when we are 50 and 60+ we're not dating 20 year olds anymore, empty house... no kids, no future to look forward to, I feel as if I'd be screwed either way.

my question is more directed to the older DJs here, that are 30+ preferably with no plans of marriage, what are your thoughts on it? do you feel like you can be single forever?

I'm assuming that most men regardless of what they say will eventually get married and start a family. BUT they will be smart about it.

A smart man will be very selective about the woman he chooses to marry. A prenuptial agreement is basically a necessity.

Well, this is just the "grass is greener" effect. Married guys long for the days when they were jumping in and out of fresh p*ssy, single guys lament having to get dressed, go out and put themselves through the dating process over and over again. Both can obviously get old after awhile.

Some cultures have a compromise. In Latin America(and some European countries), it's common for alpha men to have mistresses. But the thing is, it's pretty much socially acceptable to do so for these men. As long as they are taking care of their wives and kids, the wife sort of turns her head and pretends its not happening. That way the man gets the benefits of marriage like kids, a warm meal on the stove when you get home and a woman always there to care for you. Yet you get the advantage of fresh p*ssy on the side to keep the excitement going. People know it's happening and it's sort of a "don't ask, don't tell" thing. As long as he protects her honor, she just accepts it. Just make sure your family is cared for and you can play on the side.

I'm not sure what to think of that. I mean it IS adultery, however the women have tacitly accepted that as a benefit of marrying a wealthy alpha male in what are often poor countries. A wealthy man in Latin America is a hot commodity and since the culture of feminism there is nothing like here in the U.S., many women will shut up and be glad they aren't married to a poor farmer. That's one way some cultures have found to deal with the dilemma of wanting something stable, yet wanting to have something fresh in the mix.

From all the researching i've done i have come to the following points:

1. Don't get married in your 20's: Studies prove that the longer you wait the less problems you have. Get married in your 30's and leave your 20's for having fun, maturing, getting job experience, getting life experience, paying off school loans.

2. Know what makes a good wife: Is she 100% loyal? is she humble? is she clean? does she clean? is she well intentioned? does she know how to cook? etc etc. These are the qualities that you need to look for in a wife but most guys don't. Most guys just look for a woman that they are attracted to but just because she looks good and you are happy to get married to her to sleep with her everyday doesn't mean she will make a good wife. You will end up a statistic in divorce rates in 5-10 years if you are not smart in picking a good woman.

When you go to the car dealership to buy a car you ain't buying a car that leaks oil, has engine problems, leaks anti-freeze, won't start on first try etc etc. The same process you use for buying a car is the process you must use in picking a wife. Look for the qualities that make a good wife and see if your woman has them before even thinking of getting married.

3. Avoid marrying an American woman/Western European woman/Australian woman and if you do a prenup is mandatory: As we all know women from these countries DO NOT MAKE GOOD WIVES! So if you think you found a good one I got news for you so did millions of other chumps too and guess what they ended as statistics on the embarrasing divorce rate. These women are for DATING ONLY. If you just can't resist get a prenup.

I also have a question about housing, I can't imagine getting married if I do not own an apartment, but I do not see how that is possible when the starting salary is 50 k a year(before taking away 20-30% tax ) and you need to eat and pay rent... and a decent apartement costs 150-250 k ... how do people who get married in their twenties manage that?

This is a myth that you should have averything (house, car, money) before you get married. It's a subconcious way of suplimenting for what you think you don't have to impress a woman. There are men who don't have anything to show for thair first 40 years of thair lives...yet they still have a devoted woman by their side. Why should i achive all these things by my self when i can do it with my team mate (my woman) - that is if you chose the one with same goals, values and discipline.

As to what happens when a guy gets old, well he goes around telling young people about all the pvssy he once had, and all the crazy sh!t he did when he was young. As a bartender, i see it all the time.
