Lol! Know the feeling well man =D I just woke up this morning and felt like my back was twisted to a corkscrew. cheers man, i suppose im gonna be a 34DD soon...:D

Stats arent the best, im about:

164lbs

19.8% BF

Lost about 1.5-2% BF and 4-5 lbs on holidays! All that sweating and lack of meals with lots of swimming on top! lol.

Also, i dunno what im gonna do now:

a) Stay bulking but cut off carbs after 6pm with 3 days cardio

or

b) Go all out for cutting (which i dont really fancy!)

Advice? Thanks.

Yeah I agree with double. Do a strict cut to around 15% and then start train with the focus of getting muscle and the BF will probably decrease as you grow.

Lol... it's all worth it when you have girls staring at your rack :p

Ouch, ouch, ouch! Performed the new back/bi day routine yesterday and my lower back and mid section are killing me - my biceps got hit hard too! PErforming deadlifts properly feels great tho!

Thanks for all the pain Warboss! :D

Hey warboss,

My grip fails when performing deads - i can do more reps but my grip just goes. Any advice on this? What are these 'straps' things about?

Leg day today and im really pissed off. Should be aiming for 8 reps of each exercise but my squatiing was terrible!

I was squatting 75kg for 4 reps 3 weeks ago! 75kg is bad enough for squats but 65kg?!!

Really am pissed off.

Maybe its coz i left squats for the last exercise today whereas I used to do them first (muscles in legs may be fresher/not as fatigued when i do them first) - and i did 40 mins cardio last night - the most ive done in a long time.

I dunno...

Right, got some new pics and am a bit disheartened to say the least. I will be working out for exactly one year tomorrow and I havent improved much since I was working out for three months!

I wouldnt do it - but i thought about just packing it all in, i dont seem to be making as good progress as others. Yes, i am aiming to eat more and am starting a new routine but still...

Anyway heres some new pics. I look real small in pic one but when my arm is slightly flexed from the side view it looks big (PIC 2) - weird.

i like the tanned chest+waist shaved look but each to his own. but considering your question i have the impression that you like the shaved look also more.

lol, cheers man. id never give up but sometimes you get a bit put off by it all.

My legs are actually killing me today, could barely get out of the car they were so sore! must be using proper form anyway! :)

... could have gone for longer but decided to gradually build up my fitness instead of killing myself! Wasnt actually gonna do cardio at all today as my legs were so stiff from squats and SLDLs!

Exactly a year working out today! :cheer:

Hey createreality,

Unfortunately I havent made as good gains as, say, lifeforce or double - I kept certain routines going even when they became stagnant - thats all changing now!

I started at 146lbs with 18%BF and am now 160lbs with 19.5%BF. My highest weight was about 168lbs but that was with a high % of BF.

My aim is to be cut (10%BF) at about 180lbs. Not sure how long that may take tho.

Currently on a cutting cycle. Started at 23%BF and now am at 19.5%BF.

Need to get down to about 15/16%BF before I bulk again.
