Around July I got pretty sick and dropped down to 49kgs (108lbs). My waist size dropped and I had to poke a new hole in my belt!

A few months ago I found my health again and made it to 57kgs (126lbs). My gym program is really working for me and I'm noticeably bigger on the upper body. I also started squatting and can now squat my own body weight. My waist grew two belt sizes

However, in the past few weeks my waist size has once again shrunk two belt sizes and I'm back to using the new hole I punched in. I still weigh 126lbs though, how can this be???

I believe it's a good thing, so don't fret. The same thing happened to me. I don't think your waist muscles grow particularly big, so without any fat I expect it to remain the same size.

Uh, if he weighs 126lbs now, and was still living at 108lbs, I'm guessing there was almost no fat on him to begin with. ;)
