When texting a girl, should you receive or send the last text? The discussion is simply about that, not about texting protocol in general. Thank you. :box:

I've always heard that you should receive the last one to maintain control. Also it gives you more of an excuse to send the first one next time.

I always wondered this. I purposely am always last now, but I've been so damn bored this summer that I'm now the first to text.

It doesnt matter, but if its gonna be ur last text, its polite to say i gotta go, will catch up with you another time, that way she can expect not to hear from u for a while and wont get her knockers in a twist over it.

Are we now social ROBOTS that operate on some sort of protocols? Why can't we reason and know that when to respond and when not to respond to test messages. People read too much into this DJ thing and it is affecting a lot of people here. Text her when you want to. If your text requires a response and he/she did not respond, don't text him/her back asking why she did not respond. It could be that she is busy, did not feel like texting you back.
