I don't know should you?

Let's have an open-poll on this one.

If she has a picture of a girlfriend or her sister, like that one.
If this is some woman you don't know, why bother, it's kind of like a wolf whistle isn't it?

I suggest you don't for two reason.

First you dont want to spare anything with those orbiters playing the "constant attention game" where they give unlimited attention in the hope to get something back.
Your attention in precious and has value, you dont give it so easily and she has to do something to hold it.

Second, you don't wanna get much attention from her friends if you're not bvlletproof to critics, trust me a group of girls could find a reason to critique also greek statues, let alone a man.
You want her friends to know you only if you think you are good enough to make a great impression on all them.

For the most part, I opt out of the attentionfests and only engage facebook posts that are interesting to me. Bicycle with a sidecar that has a dog machine gunner in it, hell yeah I like. Another chick doing a duckface pose for her profile, shiit, why bother?

As long as you're not getting sucked into orbit, I don't think it matters either way. This works for me because I'm not on facebook that often, I don't think its good to make yourself too available, and that includes constant facebook likes, comments, and other bs. If you're doing that, stop it. Limit your time to once every other day.

Ask yourself this question: Do you genuinely like the picture, or are you just wanting to do this to suck up? If it's the latter, I definitely wouldn't do it. Bad mindset.

That said, I don't have Facebook, but I can't imagine how this could possibly make any difference one way or the other. If the attraction or potential attraction is so weak that it stands or falls on this, I would find a different girl.

If the picture is funny or interesting, sure. If it's just a pic of her, no.

For girls I'd like to bang, I don't like any of their 5hit on fb. It's pretty much the same for bartenders or waitresses - I don't tip them.

What do you get out of doing this? Is there some sort of advantage here?

I know it's different than doing it occasionally, but there's a few guys I know on facebook who click "like" on a ton of stuff where it pops up on my feed every day, and my natural inclination without even thinking about it when I see this stuff is that it's just weird. I don't understand what they get out of it. It's like they need everyone to know stuff about them and what they like, which just yells that they're attention and approval seeking. And I'm just talking my feelings here and not what I rationally think about it, so even if it makes no sense, why even risk it being bad if you can't come up with some pretty good reasons why it can be so good?

Instead of liking her photos, comment "Great photo!" under the following circumstances:

1) if the photo is of her cat or dog
2) if it's a photo of her with a few attractive girlfriends.

Have her wondering if it's her you like vs her pets or other girlfriends.

Not liking her photos is the theory I have had. But what if she sees you liking another chics photos. Help or Hurt You?

Do not be too easy. If you are too easy to get, she will not want you. If you are too easy to keep, she will lose interest in you. If you are too easy to control, she will not respect you.

If you live your whole life on this principle, you'll be doing pretty well.

I don't 'like' photos hardly ever, though I will make smartass comments from time to time. It's low-level game. A girl posts a photo, you make a smartass comment, a bunch of people like it, she now sees it and take a peak at your profile to see what you have going on. And you just leave it at that. It just keeps the door open and you in some point of consciousness in her mind. Do it very sparingly and don't invest any real time into it. If I'm at a bar and a girl I'm with goes to pee I might pull up my news feed and make a smartass comment on some photo that shows up while I'm waiting.

Attention whoring. That's really what facebook is all about. Fvcking Zuckerberg and all this social media bullsh!t.

I would say never like anything on facebook unless maybe it's your buddy's pic of a big azz walleye he caught over the weekend. Girls on social media get WAY too much attention as it is and it's contributing to their outrageous sense of entitlement.

Edit: Also wanted to say it reminds me of Myspace years ago and seeing my first wife put up some kind of bullsh!t comment or pic and have a bunch of fvcking loser AFC guys chime in with all this flirty nonsense propping her ego up.

You could try not using Facebook at all. It's worked wonders for me.

Facebook is for finding people that you later want to find on linkedin. At least that's how I use it. That and for finding local events. I try not to read the feed. Of course I recently deleted my facebook and started a new one aimed only at business contacts. When I meet someone new on there, I find them and friend them on linkedIn. I post my articles and sales on both. It's a tool. Use it as such.

As for liking things. I like things on facebook. Especially business related. I have a couple of female singers and wanna be models that I am doing design work for and I'll like their photos because I know it gives them a little ego boost and it reminds them that I'm there. I do it from a network perspective. I don't have any friends or potential dating partners on my facebook.

A better question would be, what do you use facebook for?

You shouldn't even have a facebook. I don't have a facebook, I don't have a twitter. I don't have instragram. My focus is on school, money, and females. I'm not distracted by what another person is doing and most importantly I don't want anybody knowing what I'm doing. I'm a mystery! Those things are for smart business people who advertise and attention wh0res. What are you?

People shouldn't even have a facebook because PrettyBoyAJ here doesn't have one. Nice line of thought. I don't have Facebook either, but didn't you even read what Warrior said? You, especially at 22, are not good sample of what this specific forum intends to represent. You are a college kid, of course you will focus on school, why don't you go do your homework and get your GPA above 3.0 instead of fooling around here?

And why are you posting in Mature Man constantly? I am tired of your high-schoolish remarks, respect the rules and GTFO, s'il te plait.

If I know a girl is an AW, I will not like or comment on it. With one exception: Comments that don't relate to her or her looks.

This one ex of mine (biggest AW I know) that I was trying to fvck again posted this picture of herself in a mirror in a dress she looked fvckin incredible in. I probably looked at that pic 30 times. But I noticed a ton of smudges on the mirror off to the side. So I commented "You need to clean your mirror".

Above me were about 15 guys saying "holy sh!t!" or "damn girl!" etc. Her only comment on the pic was "LOL! PDubb... You are supposed to be nice to me!!"

Then 15 minutes later she sends me a chat saying "You think you are so funny, don't you? :)"

With that being said, I do my best to not be Facebook friends with girls I am trying to get with. So, for the most part, I don't care what the girls I'm FB friends with think. Most of them are girls I know from HS or College that I just wouldn't keep up with if it wasn't for FB.
