Should the blue look and feel return?

Should the blue theme from the old forum be used again?

You can change the overall look and feel of the forum in your preferences. Choosing the colors removes the 100% stretch and causes the forum to format to around 900 pixels wide or so.

Borders need to be more defined, its currently pretty hard to tell whose post belongs to whom. Also, I think putting the username up above the avatar will help clear things up even more.

The "blue" is better for me too. I kinda liked the old look that we had on this forum...In the end it is about content and not looks so keep up the work

RIP green dots. ■■■■■■■■■■■■■■

We'll definitely miss our little laughing icon, the one where the guy is slamming his fist down. And good riddance to the cheerleader and the flowers.

It may come back. There are millions of options on this site that the administration can still implement. You can still expect changes during the next few months.

TBH, I like this new minimal/clean look. To each their own, I suppose.

Yeah, I disagree with the second part though, just adding some space between different posts would help.

Also tried the blue theme and it looks great, but the main body still looks white and as stated by smasher it's slightly hard to read (combined with the current font)

I liked the old themes better, such as Tigra... This'll take some getting used to.

First gotta thank you guys for the new forum, it's much better and more accessible than the old one.

I'm' talking about the backgrounds and post body. The current theme lacks contrast and is slightly hard to read and navigate.

I like the first link, the metro blue theme. It feels like a mix of old and new. I also like that its more square, like the old forum. The new forum has a lot of rounded edges that Im not a fan of at the moment.

Well trying to read the "quotes" just burned my eyeballs. Maybe a color change there in that scheme or whatever.

And, hey can swear yet? **** **** **** balls.

Also, quick browse through the forum and I can't tell what threads I've posted/conversated in. Am I missing something?

Agree, the "crackup" laughing icon should come back at least as an option...

Go scroll up to the top and you will see forums, your user name, inbox and alerts. Click on your user name. A box will come down. Click on your content. It will all come up.

If you look at the Avatar for the thread, you will see your own "sub-avatar" in the lower right section of the main one. This indicates that you've posted in that thread.

I see that now. I don't think it works for older posts though, at least not what I'm seeing.

Hey guys, any updates on aesthetics changes? It's a bit hard to read due to extremely bright backgrounds. I would appreciate it if you tweak the default theme, thanks.

You have a few options on changing the forum to your liking. Scroll all the way down and you should see it.
