so i should asumme in my case there is this girl which i was very interested in, but sudenly after a little talk when i wwas tryin to get a romantic response of her i mean, i was hoping to hear "lets hang out and see if we cant et along well to be far from friends" but it turned to be that she said "yes we can still se each other......like friends" e has a bf,livin in other town, but to befriend someone you all know it must be from the 2 parts not just one
you guys cant imagine the heartache and misery i felt for the next 2 months, i quited even my sports training and started drinkin not heavily but about 3 or 4 days a week

and then i totally broke comunication hoping she would try to contact me and she didnt...i called her 3 weeks after this, noresponse, then 2 weeks more she just say by text"hey so whats up hi! why youre callin me? but it was goin to be her birthday....so later on she never called back or texted ..my question is ...maybe we men should not tolerate this kind of behavior everyhtin that feels bad like what happened to me should be avoided i guess.... or what you think

so basically this girl that you are not in a relationship with, a nobody, is a center of your universe which makes your life miserable? The problem is with you dude, basically you are desperate. girls shun away from desperation. fix yourself and your life and girls will come along the way.

Lets hear more of the story, did you do anything with this girl? From what you have told us, it sounds to me like your just obssessed/infatuated with her. Alot of girls have many guy friends so she wouldn't differentiate you from them if she is not attracted to you.

i dated her 2 years ago (at that time i told her i like her,and she said supossedly she was feelin something for me but that somthings i did, ruined all):kick: * i actually believed this* then in two years we didnt saw each other(because she was in another town)...then this year i dated her 1 time made some favors for her,i mean helping with moving etc.. i told her the last night i saw her , how much i missed her this 2 years, and that i never saw such a beautiful smile on a woman (i was being serious, and it was a tense romantic moment) ,i was waiting she would say something like "ok lets try something" but that didnt happen, and since then just 1 text from her and because i called her, nothing more, and like the guy who said "shes the center of your universe" yes she is because i fell hard for her, now i know i cant see her more

At this point you probably have a woman (or multiple women) chasing you around, calling you all the time, wanting to be with you. So let's talk about how to KEEP a woman interested in you once you have her. This is BIG! There is nothing worse than getting dumped by a woman that you really, really like.

Don't worry. I've had oneitis before too. Here's what'll happen (as it did with mine). She gets married to a "great guy," he won't put up with her sh!t anymore, they'll get divorced. She'll move back in with her parents, older, droopier, saggier, sadder, over 30 (death nail for women), and alone for the rest of her life, unless she becomes a wh0re.

This is some deeply rooted AFC behaviour you got there. How come you have been here so long and haven't improved yourself?

You have to realize that you weren't dating. You never did anything, you are just her friend. Forget about her, go no-contact. For gods sake, use your anger as motivation to become a better man!?
It's not her, it's you. She does not owe you anything.

How long do you think you will come in life with this victim mindset? It feels comfy doesn't it? Feeling sorry for yourself and doing nothing about it?
In the end, it will not get you anywhere. If you ever get out of it, you will just regret wasting such a big part of your life.

It is important that you disover yourself, cause "just be yourself" is actually the best advice you can get, it's just that everyone misinterprets it. Be your best self, your true, inner, non social-conditioned self.
Have you read the DJ bible? It's essential reading for newbies, and is on the bottom left of the page. There are TONS of material that are available, but most of it wont help. If you just keep getting knowledge and not taking action and learning by first hand experience; you will not improve. It's like learning to play football: you don't learn to play football by reading about it, figuring out all the techniques and learning the rules. Most people get good in football by playing it. Every day, with trail and error. And best of all, it's fun. Because it's not just about winning, the fun is when you play the game, in the moment. The feeling of accomplishment comes afterwards, when you win. If you lose, you still learned a lot and had fun.

Now go out there and get rejected, cause rejection is ALWAYS better than regret!
I look forward to seeing you in a year, being the most succesful motherfvcker ever.
