Should I let this girl know if I'm in town???

We stopped talking because I ****ed up. We used to date and I moved. IShe SAID she was down if I moved back in town but she is the one that blew me off. I dumped the beta boy behavior. I know the no contact rule. But how she gonna know I'm back in town??? Is this an exception? What i would do is send a photo that shows I am back in town...

She emailed me last september to see if I was ok during a natural disaster.. I was curt. I said I fine thanks for asking.. then she amailed back saying she was ok during a fire there... I was curt...I said god bless you....
