Should I hit it?

Ok there is a girl at school who I know wants me (I've heard from many people "She thinks I'm hot"). There are a couple factors though that are holding me back from pouncing just yet:

- I'm reading Mystery Method and he says to have high standards. Now, although this girl is probably a little lower than me on the attractiveness scale, I'd def. have sex with her. However, she may or may not be slut (idk her sexual history, but she's somewhat of an attention *****), and she's not really smart or creative or interesting as far as I can tell, but i haven't talked to her much (more on that later). Keep in mind I've only had sex once before.

- She's a freshman and I'm a junior. The only girl I had sex with before was a freshman (she was actually cool though and I approached her initially cuz i thought she was interesting). Ideally, I want to be doing it with girls my age or older (working on that ). And I certainly don't want a reputation as a guy who can only get laid with freshman and/or sluts (IMO, *definitely* a DLV to both guys and girls at school).

What do you guys think?

-She's really shy around me apparently and doesn't have the ballz to approach me (lol the roles are reversed), she just smiles and says hi and I do the same. So I know I'm the prize but I still have a fear of approach, which is stupid. I'm telling myself "If she wants me she has to come to me, since I'm the prize" but that's utter bs. I have to approach her if I want anything.

Urgh, I have to get over approach anxiety.

Dude i have the same problem. Younger girls say im hot but girls in my grade use the word cute. and iv only been with one girl in my entire life who was older than me.

Iv came to the conclusion that its becasue i dont look my age but instead a year or two younger. No facial hair and a mid sized body even though im about to turn 18 in a couple of months. Any chance you look really young yet?

Lol today in the weight room these two guys told me that she thinks I'm the "hottest guy ever." That's so random cuz these guys aren't even friends with her. lol wtf?

I'm guessing if the whole school already knows that she has a crush on me they won't be surprised if they found out we did it, right?

I think I've decided that stupid freshman or not, she's bangable and I'm not so experienced that I can have super high standards. You have to start somewhere to be a DJ right?

My question now is how should i approach her? Should I start right away with something about her liking me, why is she shy around me etc? should i be like "whats up?"

Sorry I seem like a noob. I know that I can say anything as long as i say something. It's just that fear of approach/rejection. It's totally unfounded but I don't have experience telegraphing my interest in girls or talking explicitly about liking each other.

Thats why shes telling everyone she thinks your hot, she has other people tell you how she feels about you instead of her doing it herself. A high school trick people like to pull to advoid the embarassement of rejection.

If you dont have any problem making a move then have her come over to your house or a movie and get things physical as soon as possible. Afterward she will be more relaxed around you and you can get to know her better threw conversation. Thats just what I usually try to do... unless i accually want a relationship with the girl.

lol just cuz I know my problem doesn't mean I have the solution. I find that this anxiety is my biggest hurdle, I'm sure I can be funny and build attraction and stuff if only i talk to the girls. Still, I'm afraid taht I'll seem weird if I start talking to them, especially since they've seen me a lot in the hallways.
