I'm 18. I'm dating a girl who is 16. Her parents won't let her date til she is 18 but she does anyways. I talked 2 her Thursday night and we set up a date Friday night, we were going 2 the drive in movie. Well she lives in a town 70 miles from me. So I drive 70 miles 2 her town Friday and I call her up to tell her I'll pick her up at my friends house. She said she is really sorry, she has been trying to get a hold of me, but her mom got wind of us and she can't even leave the house. She didn't want to sneak out because her parents would ground her and when she gets grounded her parents like lock her in her room for the whole day. But I think she should of tried a lil harder. I know if a girl drove 70 miles 2 see me, I would have got out of the house 2 see her NO MATTER WHAT!! I would of took the heat later I don't care.

I want her 2 know I'm disappointed in her, but I could really look like an ******* 2 her because it will end up in a fight.. How pissed should I be at her?

You can be "pissed" all you want, but letting her know is the stupidest thing you could do. Dude, you are dating a SIXTEEN year old, what do you expect?

So you are saying I should act like nothing happened?

Yes. However, you should not forget. Getting on her case for not making the extra effort to sneak out is not going to help you in any way, but her not doing so is something you should consider. If a girl won't go the extra mile for you, then you should not go the extra mile for her because you will look needy and you won't feel good about it. J

ust because you would do something for a girl does not mean that you can get upset at her because she would not return the favor. A man does not get upset with a girl because she doesn't do something for him, he steps back, and decides if she is good enough for him. If you don't feel like she is worth it, then next her, but otherwise I reccomend not sweating it and making sure to not be so readily available to her.

I'm guessing your in the US rather than UK since 16 is the age of consent here.

To put it simply:

I don't see why you should drive 140 miles round trip to date an underage girl who isn't allowed out.
