Shoud a man hit his woman to establish bad boy game cred?

I was watching a football (NFL) game and there was a commercial saying something like "1 is 2 many", with a lot of alpha men (e.g., POTUS, VPOTUS, Eli Manning and other athletes) saying that a man should never hit a woman. Ordinarily, I would agree with this up until a woman starts hitting me.

But it seems that hitting a woman gives him the bad boy cred that makes him attractive to the women he hits, as well as to other women.

I think it's OK to hit a woman if it's self-defense, and even then, I'd probably resort to some form of physical restraint as opposed to a strike. I've dated some women who are built strong physically (mma girl and a stripper) and the thought did cross my mind on a few occasions that under the right circumstances they could have inflicted considerable physical damage.

This "never hit a woman under any circumstances" line is valid 99% of the time.

I definitely think it's a bad idea. However, when I was 21 I dated this semi-crazy chick who was 26. She used to beg, and I mean beg, for anal sex but that's another story.

Anyway she was somewhat physically aggressive and one time we were arguing and she pushed me and I hit her in the arm. She fell down crying and after a sec I apologized and hugged her, then we had some wild sex.

The next day she wore a short-sleeved shirt that showed her arm bruise and told all her friends about it. Almost like she was showing off.

I had a feeling that the whole hitting dynamic was something she had done in previous relationships. It's quite common.
Argument -> physical violence -> apology -> sex.

the fallout could be tremendously bad for you as a male..the legal system is merciless.

in China and India, and 50 years ago in the west this was the norm. Women were regarded as children and were the property of the father and then the husband....and society flourished.

Those times will return. Women never mature beyond the age of 12, they are emotional psychotic creatures that do need to be physically punished from time to time...not out of hate...but out of love.
