My personal favorite tool is sarcasm. "Oh, is that the first time you saw me? I try to swing by at least a dozen times every day..." Or you could write something like, "Good call, it's not like you live on a high traffic street that's on the way to [insert place here]. That's definitely not it. You're right, it must be that I'm stalking you."

It's a relatively clear indication of interest/**** test. If she was seriously unhappy she'd probably say nothing or frame her words slightly different, ie NO EMOTICON, FROWNING OR NOT! Women have interest from men all the time, they see guys they know driving by, do you think they message them all to quit it?

The reply should be 'You wish, it's you that's stalking me now.' or somesuch. If she then replies 'No seriously, cut it out' she means it. If she doesn't respond it's open, she could be doing a further ****-test to see if you'll chase her. If she responds with any kind on banter, it's on.
