She tells -->
"I am busy" or "I am busy and I will call you"

Most of the time it is true that she is interested..
I can hear this by listing to her voice when on the phone
and how excited she is while talking..
I am not doubting that she will not be interested
But for chicks it is normal to say "that they are busy"
Because they want men to think that they have a life...
"Ow she has a life and must be interesting" things the men

Men also use this on men and or woman..
A friend of mine did this recently and told me
that he was busy this week..
but actually he had time.. So I visit him...

For the woman, it also could be..
That she thinks <-- that she is busy..
Because she is a woman..
and woman have a todolist...

The funny thing is ...
she could be interested when saying "I am busy"
But sometimes i am not sure if it means....
"I am busy" --> I am not interested
"I am busy" --> I am interested, but i am really busy..

but when she says...
"I am busy and I will call you..."
the changes are very big... that she will not call you..
because that is a chick thing... normally chicks never call men
unless you know how to let them chase you....
and giving them a reason to let them call you..
But I am not talking about letting them chase you...
I am talking about "how to handle this, when they say I am busy"

What I want to ask you, is this...
I am asking this to the experts

1. What do I do and say when she tells me this? (i am busy)

2. What does it mean when she tells me this? (i am busy)

3. Why do woman tell me that they are busy? Why?

4. How to deal with, when she says..
"I am busy with school, work, etc.."
and get her to meet me... and see me as number 1 of her todolist

5. And the last question.
How can I use this tactic woman use on men...
By saying I am busy without scaring her away.. or me letting her think that I am not interested..
(some woman will think, nevermind I will date with the other guy I met last night, if he isn't even able to show interest in me, or maybe she will think, oke he has no time.. so she meets that other guy she met last night, and got a deep connection with him, with me, being not important anymore.)

shes busy, period... give some small talk and say to her u gonna call her later(few days later), or tell her to call u when shes free (but do this only if u know u have her, particulary when u already dated her)

well, but if she reeeeeeaaaaally want u, she will say a period of time i think:

1. next week we do somethin'
2. prob next saturday i will be good

Disagree with you 100% here. I have never had a girl interested in me tell me she is too busy to see me. Never. If they are into you, theyll make time..trust me. Don't try and read into something by the tone of their voice on the phone, actions speak louder than words. If she says she is buys, that means she is too busy to see YOU, not someone she is really into.

Don't take it personally, shes just being nice, and I'm sure there are plenty of girls that aren't oo busy to see you.

for starters she's talking to you on the phone. why would she answer your call if she didnt genuinly want to talk to you ?

talking = interested

solution on "i am busy":
next time you get her on the phone reverse the role, say "im gonna be busy on mon, tue and wed. let's meet on thursday..." set the tone immediatly that YOU'RE the one that has a busy schedule and that your time is valuable. she's the one that will be grateful for spending time with you!

when you say where to meet and what time, you make that decision also. the point is YOU DECIDE where and when to meet. she doesnt have to make a decision --- except to SHOW UP! the more she has to think, the greater chance of excuses and flakey behaviour

and if she still says "i am busy":
reply with "well cancel your plans, im more fun" ... what have you got to lose at this stage?

Ulfur, you are wrong, gimme a break, unless she is a brain surgeon, I doubt if she was truely interested that she couldn't make SOME TIME to see him. All she is doing by talking to you on the phone is feeding her ego. Saying "oh, this guy really is into me, i can hve him whenevvvvvvvver I want". Dont give her the pleasure.
