I've been seeing a co-worker of mine (bad idea I know) who I've known and become good friends with over the last yera. Recently the relationship has become more serious. We've went on about 5 or so dates over the last two weeks and on the last date we had sex. At some point later she made the comment that she "Doesn't normally do that so soon."

Do I take this as a truth, or is that really just a way for her to say "I'm not a slut"? Am I lead to believe that she is genuine, or is it the opposite. I've known her as a friend for quite some time and know that she ws dating fairly reguarly.

At this point why does it matter? If she wakes up one morning and says "sorry honey, I was kind of stretching the truth about not normally doing this, I've actually had sex with over 100 guys after the second week of dating". THEN I would be worried.

is it true? well of course its true. i doubt every two weeks she goes on 5 dates with a guy and then sleeps with him. haha.

maybe she usually sleeps with them on the first date. maybe on the 10th date. maybe some years shes got it going on and that is normal. and other years she doesnt have much in the hopper so its not usual.

there IS one thing you can take the bank. Guys she LIKES she WILL f*ck after 5 dates / 2 weeks. you know this because she's done it with you.

so any guy that she was with for 2 weeks that she liked as much as she likes you, its about 99.9999999% guaranteed that she'd f*ck him. we know this because she did it with you.

now perhaps she wouldn't do this with a guy she didn't like as much as she likes you, who knows. Or perhaps there are guys that she would like even more than you and would do on the first date!

anyway, her statement really was about saying to you "I want to know I still have your respect after sleeping with you."

To the original poster: Chances are, the answer to your question is yes, she DOES normally do it that soon with guys she's attracted to, like another poster said. She doesn't want you to think she's sl*tty, but who does? No big deal, but don't fool yourself into thinking she's an angel either.

I fukked my current girlfriend on the 3rd date. So I figure she's done that in the past too, and she will again, if we broke up. Oh well, that's life. As long as I don't know any of them. I mean, I'd rather my girl had fukked 10 guys that I didn't know than 1 that I did and would have to see regularly. Get my drift? It just doesn't matter.

At least she's honest. She's basically telling you yes, she likes sex and has been around a little, but she won't give it up for anyone. H*ll, that's just how I like them.

yep. just like men can be completely uncompromising and try to dominate a situation with alpha-maleness and not realize that they are taking such an extreme position on a given issue, women also will assert emotional dominance over a situation adn not realize how extreme their tactics are.

ultimately it comes down to maturity versus immaturity for both genders.

being an alpha male is simply reaching a certain level of maturity. when you hit that point you are always in control and always use the appropriate level of dominance versus compromise to best resolve situations.

women who learn to control their emotions acheive a female version of alpha maleness and are catches you want to keep.

A friend of mine went down to Vegas with her super 'ho friend (friend sleeps with anything with a pulse). Though my friend claims to be religious, upstanding, etc. (she's now married), I knew she was going down there to sleep around. She met a guy and within hours of meeting him, slept around.

Now I don't have a huge problem with this (not the kind of woman I'd want to date, however), but what bothers me more was her explaining to me, "I never do that when I first meet a person, the chemistry was so great ... and 'what happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas,' which is a commerical line used to excuse her behavior.

Honestly, I'd respect her more if she told me, "I'm going to Vegas, going to get drunk, laid, act like a wh-re, and come home, and yeah, I've done this before."

The truth would be nice 1 time out of 100.
