She Never Called

Alright so I was suppose to chill with this girl yesterday, she even said she's free on Saturday and wanted to see me, so I called her at 2, she didnt answer and called me back said she was in the shower, so then she says she has things to do etc and she asks me if im free after 9, i say i am, she says she'll call me around 9.
So you guessed it she never called. Was this some kind of test or is she just not interested? Do you think i should call her back and confront her or just take the hint and not.

same thing ahppened here bro.
except my girl actually called and said "I'm gonna tell u straight up, I made other plans tonight."
she knwos how I am about beign bailed on. I flip. We were supposed to chill friday and then i never called ot setup plans, neither did she.
So i told her sat night was her one last shot to hangout with me.

30 minutes after she called, i just texted ehr saying "You blew it. enjoy your night." ****in dyke.
