My question is, should I care that she mentioned twice to me "Just as friends?" Or just ignore it and be like "yeah sure" cause I know that in the past girls have said that same thing to me. Like one time, this girl said she just wanted to be friends before we met. I ended up fuking her a couple weeks later for a while.

I think that is exactly the way you should play it. I completely disagree with those who said this is a hopeless case. As you showed with your example. I've been in the same position. Your idea is perfect: Be nonchalant and agree "yeah sure" and proceed as if it were never said.

The problem is most likely that she hasn't seen the sexual side of you yet, so she doesn't think of you in that way. All you have to do is show it to her. Escalate. I bet you can bang this girl, assuming that is your intent. The fact that she is a head case is probably in your favor.
