She hates me-how to turn it around?

I ve neg hit one hb8.5 in class just a bit, yet she thinks I am pretty mean. I can tell that by her overall attitude. I wasn't even over-negging at all, but it pretty much did enough damage in there. Maybe she has low self-esteem, but normally she is very pretentious and very much used to every body liking her.

I have an upper-hand at this, because I definitely pick up a submissive vibe off her. How do I turn that around?

I'd honestly man-up and apologize if you really put your foot in your mouth. She'd respect you for that. It all depends on what was said, though. If she's just touchy and sensitive, then it's her problem.
