Every gay guy I know hurls about the thought of having to touch a vagina. Maybe here gay guys are really gay and in your area they're not?

Maybe an age/location thing?

An open/public gay scene is still fairly new in my part of the world and beyond its very youngest members, many gay people have had to live double lives, so it is still not unusual to meet gay prople who have denied or masked their sexuality with hetro relationships to a greater or lesser extent.

Especially where folk who originate from remote/rural areas are concerned - they might well face a hard time back home as it can take a long time for long-entrenched small-town attitudes to change.

Let's call a spade a spade shall we? Women that only surround themselves exclusively by men, gay or straight have bigtime daddy issues. In my circle we call these girl FAG HAGS, and I have yet to meet one who wasn't borderline psycho on some levels. If she has tons of lady friends too, disregard this - but that is often not the case. Old fashioned or not, your caution is not unwarranted

I have come across many women who like to "name drop" about their gay men friends. There were always problems. I cant put my finger on it but it seems they were always using it as a cover up of something, including something within. Their inner self.

Not all gay guys are exclusively gay. A significant number are bi, or are in that transition stage where they aren't quite sure whether they're bi or gay or just confused, and those guys will still sleep with chicks (who often see that as a curiosity or a challenge).

If a girl hangs out with many gay guys, chances are she will run into plenty of that type and has banged at least one of them.

Furthermore, a girl who hangs out with many gay guys and very few straight ones (or none) tends to have issues with masculinity - often linked to daddy issues. As said earlier, give it some time and it'll be Tiananmen square parade.

As for the wholesome mid-west can-take-home-to-mum look, the porn industry is full of that type. It's not a guarantee of anything.

I wouldn't next her just yet but keep those in mind.

Well, now that I think about it, she did mention she enjoyed going to gay bars with her girlfriends because they can dance, have fun, without getting hit on constantly.

Perhaps, she has gay roommates for that same reason. Cleanliness, and the security of having men around, without the worry of any of them pursuing her.

I can't get a gay guy friend to save my life, but I've always wanted one. Why?

1. They are ****ING FUNNY.
-I think this just might be true for ALL gay men.

2. They have great fashion sense, or at least think they do.
-They will dress you and give you make overs.

3. They are anal and into detail. Haha I get the pun.
-They will cook and clean.

4. Most gay men have super flamboyant personality.
-It's like living with a new culture AND being in a sitcom.

5. Most men "tell it like it is, girlfriend".
-Great for advice.

6. They are men.
-they are strong, and most other men will back away because they think he is your boyfriend. The ultimate ***** "shield"!

Perfect10, I'm not being insecure, I'm being honest. This post isn't about the gay guys, I have not met them...and won't judge them.

But I am curious about her.

Think about it this way, what if I lived with 3 lesbians, and instead of going fishing with my buddies on the weekends, I hung out in lesbian bars.

Don't you think a gal would/should have a reason to wonder about that?

It's not about what gal's say..."I'm straight, etc"...it's about what they DO, their actions.

Also, if a gal cheats on you, gets pregnant, tells you it's your child. Wouldn't you 'care' that she cheated? Or, is sticking your head in the sand a better way to approach life?

Cheating women are the worst, IMO. Of course I care about that.

But, I do get your point, not to judge until I know things for sure....and that's what I'm going to do. I'm still going to see this gal again, with an open mind.

That's my thoughts exactly. I've known several girls that have lived with gay guys or have gay guy friends, and there's something really fishy about it that I can't quite put a finger on. For starters, these "gay" guys will fvck females maybe even anally. And I'm not touching a girl with a 10 ft pole that has taken c0ck from a "gay" guy that also takes c0ck up the butt-the surest way to get HIV and stds.

This has been my experience as well. I knew a chick like this who had no qualms about messing around with guys she knew to be suspect. She had serious daddy issues, was emotionally all over the place, and was an all-around slut. Yet somehow she had the nerve to think she was some kind of prize for a decent man.

Just went out with a chick like this about three weeks ago. Twice. And then I nexted her.

She was cute...but I didnt really care much about the gay roommates. But some of the fellas on here are right...women that tend to have many more male friends hen women friends have daddy issues. I didnt even get to know her that much to see that she had them.

She was already talking "Relationship" on the first date. WTF. I did sleep with her the first night although she said she was looking for a a relationship. Major Red Flags here.

This is what I'm going to do. Perhaps she's very good at putting her best foot foward. Usually, I can find a nextable red flag by the third date.

As far as daddy issues, she has a great relationship with her father. I did notice that about her, she was always saying nice things about him. He seems like a cood dude.

I haven't seen any red flags yet about her, but will tread carefully...carefully, with an open mind.

You'll find them if they are there. And that's a lot better than wearing blinders and being blindsided by them. A female that lives with gay guys or has a lot gay guy friends or all male friends is a red flag in my book and at the very least a yellow warning flag. I wouldn't date one of them.
