Hey guys i got my frist fish today and this fish is so good lol.

I met this 19 year old black girl at park she was reading a book about dogs and i came up to her and ask if she plans on getting a dog. She told yes she want a boston terrier and was thinking of getting one very soon. We talk about 45 mins and we talk about movies and videos games. She told me she like sushi and pizza.lol the same thing i like. After that i told i had to get to work and ask if there is a way i can talk to her later on, she said yes and i got!! I will post a pic of her if you want to see her later.

I think the possibility that he could have got the number sooner is a good assumption. But you have to take into consideration that he was rapport building the whole time while making a connection with the girl. I believe she will be less likely to flake on him if he does ask her out. The thing peeps dont understand is that regardless if you talked to her for 5 minutes or 45 minutes...you built rapport..which lead to high IL in her..which lead to her giving you the digits.
