Mate, you need to look at the situation for what it is.

You turned you back from 20 minutes, and as soon as you turn back round, she's upstairs with two random guys probably fvcking and sucking them (did she?).

And then she says she doesn't know why she did it and she didn't realise what she was doing till you walked in.

I've had a more scaled down and less serious situation of this sort happen to myself (as in i was like friends with benefits with this one girl), and man just seeing that is like a fvcking dagger right in the heart.

Well its pretty much just basic human nature to fight for something you care about or fight for something thats yours. I mean idk if you've ever been in a relationship, but when you are in one, you get REALLY defensive of your girl. Like I said its human nature. Seeing your girlfriend with another guy or hitting on another guy makes you extremely jealous, and this jealously comes out through intense anger.
