what if a girl is bold enough to approach you and she's obviously interested and already showing interest? (this is rare and happens once in a blue moon) am i now supposed to go immediately to A3 and skip A1 and A2?

I'd tease her a bit and have fun but yeah - if she is willing to do the work for you, why not. She is approaching you based on looks - give her a reason to like you for more than that.... so run some A2 stuff on her but not as much as you normally would.

for those of you "out of the know" he's talking about the different phases in Mystery's online apprenticeship program.

I'd say skip and go right to A3, myself, but dabble a bit in the first 2.. you can't just get right to the point with a complete stranger, even if she is really interested immediately.

A1, A2 and A3 are the phases in the first step of Mystery's M3-model.

The A-step is "Attract".

A1 - Open

A2 - Female-to-male-interest
(DHV, displaying active disinterest etc..)

A3 - Male-to-female-interest
(Reward her with IOI's for her efforts.)

After going through these phases, you can move on to the next step, which is "comfort". Here you will make a connection and build comfort with the girl, before moving into the last step which is "Seduce"

If she approaches and is interested right off the bat, it seems a little counterintuitive to go straight to rewarding her for her IOIs - isn't that what an AFC who was approached would do? I'd do a little A2 then hit A3, like The Bad Ass Canadian said. But maybe I'm not understanding.

I mean, if she's rubbing your crotch or something, you should probably give her what she wants. Otherwise, wait a bit.

I saw it before and it's probably something like interest indicators. But what do the letters IOI mean?

IOI = Indicator Of Interest
