Occasionally, when I get in a scrunched up position, I get a sharp pain a few inched down and to the right of my abs. I got it at the last 3 judo practiced I went to when drilling soei nage, (right when you turn your back to the opponent). I also felt it when I was putting weights away and I squatted down low to rerack a 45. At first I though it was just my cup getting positioned weird and digging into my abdominal area, but its not.
It happens occasionally and I have trouble recreating the position that causes the pain, but it is whenever im scrunched up (like a sloppy deep squat with bad form). Sorta like a fetal position. I have not gotten this pain while doing deadlifts, proper squats or BJJ practices. Just seoi nage and sloppy deep squats. ( I was doing a sloppy deep squats when putting weights away for my job, not when actually doing squats). When I get the pain, I straighten up, and I still have a 'feel' of that pain for a couple seconds. Other then that I feel fine all the other times.
Is this a potential hernia or something?
BTW: Seoi nage

I'll see a doctor about this, but I have feeling he/she won't know what to make of it since I only have it only at select positions and only a fraction of the times I am in those positions. The doctors on campus are kinda dumb . . . I have a feeling most of them got the job via connections.
