In an effort to make this more applicable (i.e., not theory) contribute something to my little list and let's see if we come across any bright ideas here. Keep your signature moves secret though 
. Stupid fun ones are more than welcome too, which are my specialty. A lot of this I probably got off someone or somewhere which I can't remember, so don't think I'm trying to pass any off as my own; I just use these personally. Most of these rely on intrigue and subtlety, so by all means, if you have the complete opposite...
Setting: Street / Hallway
Conditions: Crossing eachother's path from a distance (e.g., guy coming from west, girl from east).
Action: While looking away (diagonally up or down), start grinning slightly. Then stop, but allow your smirk to "leak" through once or twice while "trying" to control it. Only make direct eye contact when she's within talking distance.
Intended Result: If you got her attention you'll get EC at least. If you did it well you'll get a hi, unless you're ugly (j/k... or am I), to which you can do what you want from there.
Setting: Street / Hallway
Conditions: Crossing eachother's path from a distance (e.g., guy coming from west, girl from east). Within conversatinal range.
Action: Establish EC, hold for 2 seconds, then quickly look down her body then back up at her eyes in a fluid sweeping motion.
Intended Result: Show of interest while evaluating her. Gives you time to stop and speak with her if you want too before you pass her.
Setting: Classroom group circle
Conditions: preferably sitting across from target, never side to side
Action: Establish EC. Pause 1 second. Let a smile/smirk grow on your face naturally (not immediately). Break EC and repeat.
Intended Result: Girl blushes, returns smile, or looks confused.
Setting: Conversation (DeAngelo Stuff)
Conditions: N/A
Action: Say she has something in her hair, or that her hair is looks soft. Reach out and caress it, and play with the tip a little, while looking at it for a moment (not at her eyes). Establish EC again as you slowly stop playing with the strand.
Intended Result: Increased curiosity of whether or not you want girl. Perhaps stopping the topic at the moment too.
Setting: Walking side by side
Conditions: She tests or playfully insults you.
Action: Playfully shove her away with your forearm or bicep. Do not get aggressive obviously.
Intended Result: Easy way of establishing trend of kino. Be wary though, since not every girl is receptive to such tom-foolery.
Setting: You sitting, her standing
Conditions: You can easily spank her, and she did something earlier that you can feign being upset over. Girl has some obvious attraction and you've established good rapport and trend of kino.
Action: Do it, but make it more of a push than a slap. When she gives you the "wtf" look, say "that's what you get for <whatever> on <whatever day>!"
Intended Result: I don't know. I'm surprised I got away with it.
Setting: Exchanging names
Conditions: Reaching out hands
Action: Position your hand palm side up, not sideways. As you take her hand in hopefully the intended manner, repeat her name and say it's pretty/sexy/weird/interesting/whatever.
Intended Result: Not the usual handshake. Might notice girls you find you interested give their hands in such a way that you could kiss them once you take it in yours. Starts you off on a better foot too.
