I used to work in a company where every Thursday we had a meeting called "Share Your Knowledge" where we showed coworkers new things that we knew. But this only works if you take a penny and leave a penny.

I'm sharing how to go to more than 10,000 gyms at the same time while paying only $30/month. The medical insurance wants you healthy, they don't wanna have to pay you going to the doctor. So what's the best way to keep you healthy, food and exercise. All of the major medical insurances have different gym programs, Silver Sneaker (60+ yo), Prime, Actie n Fit, when you sign up with them, you pay them about $30/per month, and they pay the gym per day depending on what gym you go.

If you go to Gym A on Monday, the insurance will pay them, the day about $1 per day.
If you go to Gym B on Tuesday, the insurance will pay them, the same, about $1 per day
If you go to different gyms same day, everything will be split evenly

I'm gonna show you how to do it in the one I have, but all of them all the same.

STEPS:

1. Signing up in your medical insurance page:
- click log in and register, you need the insurance card for that.

2. Find your insurance gym program

Once you log in,
- go to "Care" and click on "Discounts"

there you'll find all the discounts that your medical insurance offers. There is one in particular that says something about going to the gym for around $30 per month.

- click there, it will take you to their webpage
- register on their webpage
- once you pay, around $30/per month

They will send you in the email an electronic card like this one with numbers and your info:

3. Join a gym without paying them anything

Now you'll be paying the insurance around $30/month,

- take that card to the gym and tell them that you wanna sign with your insurance program "Active & Fit" (or other) and show them the card.

This will typically get you either most expensive membership or the minimum going to the weights the machines and weight sections. To know which gym you can go to, go back to the page of the gym program's page (Active & Fit for me), and do a search with the zip code you want.

I've joined many gyms whenever I have to travel without paying daily in any big gym (Crunch, Lifetime, 24/7 workout anytime, LA, Gold, etc) since they all accept programs like those ones.
