Basically what I do is kind of hold my hand at maybe like 70 degrees instead of straight up and down like you would with another guy. So their hand is kinda on top of yours in a way, I dunno why I do it I just do haha.

Has to be mildy firm, but not like when you shake hands with a dude where you both try to squeeze as hard as possible to see whos stronger haha...

I think you might be thinking about this to much? shes a person just like you so just do what you feel is appropriate.

This isn't rocket science. Yes shake her hand, however be a bit gentler than when shaking hands with a guy (don't be flat, but don't try to squeeze her hand off).

I'll shake a woman's hand out of the blue while she's sitting down and I'm walking by her. My handshake with a woman always is inacted by turning her hand over under my hand as if to kiss it but I never kiss it like in the movies etc. I just turn it over. Women Remember that and think it strange or unusual, and usually follow me around after that or remember me.

Hmmm well from my experience most guys do it so it would follow that most guys who are successful do it, but so do the other 99.9% of guys who suck at life. Personally I find it to be a little too familiar/friendly and can think of better things to do with my hands while talking to a girl.

That 70 degree angle you do? Stop it. Body language experts suggest that the person with the hand on top is the dominant one in the interaction.. subconsciously your giving them the control in the interaction.

I like to do the two handed handshake... shake her hand with my right and hold her wrist with my left. Also, as others have noted, it can't be some wussy limp wristed crap, shake her hand firmly, just don't squeeze too hard. Women like a firm handshake.
