A couple of weeks ago at some out of school event I met this one girl and well she seemed like a great girl......great looks, great personality. So we excahnge numbers and she says she wants to hang out. Well that never happened cus she got grounded til the end of march for getting caught smoking the reefer. But she still wants to when she gets ungrounded.

Here's the thing.....she looks older and I thought she was a jr and 17. Last night I find out she's only 15 (almost 16) and a soph. I'm a senior and well over 18 (19 in 5 months). So I'm like shiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiit..........she's real cool but idk.......if anything happened if feel like im raping the **** out of her. What do you all think.....forget it or hang out and see how it goes?

Yeah I get you, girls grow real quick and become "chicks" from a young age. :)

If you're gonna do it, then make sure you won't get caught. Because is she tries to tell on you, she might contact the police or someone and get you arrested for sexual harrassment of an underage girl. I wouldn't advise on it personally. Just a small argument with her might cause her to do just that. Haven't you seen these situations in the news a bunch of times already?

Dunno 'bout you, but here in Florida, 19-15 is perfectly legal.

I know this first-hand.
Ah, well, actually I dont live in the USA. Maybe our laws are just different. :)

Well if it's perfectly legal where you live, then go for it. I don't see why you should hesitate because of age. if you like her, then let's rock it!

Well, I'm not entirely sure about that. I thought when you're over 18 you only get 2 years of difference before it counts as statutory rape. If not, then I guess you're okay, but I would proceed with caution.
