OP, it's absolutely, positively 100% over. The only thing for you to do is to move on. She's waiting for you to officially end it so she doesn't have to.

No contact is not about ignoring her bro. You have to cut all ties with her. That means MOVING OUT. The problem is she doesn't have any respect for you. You think acting like a passive aggressive little girl is going to change that? No, be a man and a real man would not stand for that sh!t.

The only chance to gain her respect back is to move out and not contact her again. If you don't after she's said all these things to you, there will be nothing, no respect at all and believe me, she will cheat on you, leave you or both.

Hya. Quick update on situation, took the advice and manned up and moved out into my own place. Situation soon turned around after I started dating other girls, and now she's ringing and texting constantly. I dont mind this, but i was wondering, is there not a rule about talking on the phone??
