You should at the very least get both of you tested/see a gyno. You don't know until you find out, and you certainly don't want to regret this.

The first time is never perfect. Some c*m in 30 seconds, some don't c*m at all, etc. It'll be awkward for awhile, but with practice you two will start to synchronize and figure things out. Don't worry so much. If it's been several times and you still haven't c*m, maybe go to the doctor and he can answer your questions.
