Well I think it's illegal to have sex with a person who's truly mentally retarded. And that's defined as below IQ 70. Often they're considered wards of the state, and have the same status as children.

As far as being disabled, I think it would depend on the disability. If she just had a limp or something, that's not so bad. Women vary as far as their ability to receive sensation if they're in wheelchairs, so sex might not be an option anyway.

A reality we have to face is that someday WE will get old, and so will our partners. Then, I doubt that it would be such a big deal.

Actually, the average IQ increases every generation. Maybe 100 years ago the average IQ was 100, but I can guarentee it's higher today.
