I have been with my girl for over 3 years. I've have practiced the Don Juan principles to the best of my abilities. My question now is sex. I'm always thinking about sex. We have it fairly often. Were both working individuals. I would say maybe 3 times a week. My thing is I have a high sex drive and I would have it damn near every day. What erks the hell out of me is when she gets semi-sexual with me and doesn't want to have sex...It pisses me off...I know that people have different sex drives so I try to get busy when were both in the mood...but it erks me because she gets me everytime with that dumb...s--t....I try to be humorous like Doc Love says....and be light and funny....but I violated that principle the other day....and light weight went off on her...and told her to stop doing that s..t......She start crying...and telling me that she loves me but sometimes she just wants to chill......We had a long convo about it...Although she said she's not going to do it anymore..I still feel it is not resovled...Any suggestions or comments....

Sounds like she is playing some power game with you. It's one thing for her not to be in the mood, but for her to arouse you and then stop - this tells me she out to prove a point.
Sure, I like to stroke or kiss my guy affectionately from time to time and go on about my business, but if that little stroke lites his candle then I am there for him.
Sex isn't something to use in a power game or to tease with, especially since she know it ticks you off. You have to figure out why she's doing this, for attention?, to be a b*tch?, a test? something is up.
If you want sex and she refuses then I have to doubt how she feels for you.
If she asked you to help change a flat on her car and you refused you'd be the bastarrd of the year.
Maybe you should try not responding to her little ploy, put her on sex restriction for about a week, that includes everything, showers, hand holding, kiss good byes, even leave the room when she is changing clothes.
Or maybe, tell her when she starts, 'It's all or nothing', call her out on her little game.
I am sorry, you are wanting something within her power and with in reason and she is saying no, it just doesn't sound like a relationship to me.

Not to throw up any red flags but be careful. I dated a chick for 4 years... i loved sex... so did she... one day she gave me the "we dont have to always have sex speech" I got pissed, next thing i know she gave me the " we should see other people speech" Shortly after that incident i found this site 
Normally, I'm real cool....but I just got a little ticked...My girl is wonderful...She's beautiful, she always buying me things...It's too the point where I have to tell her you don't have to always to things for me..but that is just how she is...She has always been the playful, teasing type..That why I like her but I have a certain sense of humor where I like to bust balls...She never would get offended...she would just fall into the role and and act silly with me....I think sometimes she will sexally tease me..and I really want it....

I was in an LTR with a girl that did the same thing a while back. In her case, I think it was a combination of her birth control and some other medications she was taking that were screwing with her sex drive. It would just go up and down out of nowhere.
If your girlfriend's on any medications, look into that. Otherwise, I'd still be surprised (owing to your description of her reaction) if this was any sort of power game. It's probably a hormone thing.
Of course, that's no easy thing to fix, so make sure you handle this in stride. Don't flip out on her if you want to keep her around.
