I wouldnt say its a must watch for the male characters, but moreso relationship dynamics as the OP said and just the psyche of an array of women.

I like the show because of its up-tempo, witty, approach to everything, but I guess you can also find some seduction related ideas in it also

Athough the show doesn't cater as much to the men as they do the female, there are true to life embodiments of the male libido written into even the most minor of male characters.

And if you listen to what the women say they'll pretty much lay out what it is successful women want from a man. Not the bullsh!t, chivalrous fairy tale stuff but the truth; The ugly truth.
