OKay, i'm making really making good progess with my exercise, diet. I'm begining to see the seperation of the abdominals down the middle. But I like to have my alcohol. Lately, instead of ordering beer, i've been ordering jack on the rocks. Is this less calories?

Jack rocks.. :p Well beer contrary to popular belief has less calores than lets say..orange juice.Whiskey on average is 30-40% alcohol and is very high in simple carbs content.Does not give you the bloated feeling though.

I wouldn't trade alcohol for an 8-pack but that's just me (not that you must choose one)

If it's once a week, don't pay too much attention to it. Go for a 80-90% strict diet, the rest is fine tuning.

I drink alcohol when on night out too. No bingeing, but several glasses none the less.

I'd say that your main concern is more the day after:
-drink lots of water when you get up
-eat as usual

You'll be fine.

Do not be too easy. If you are too easy to get, she will not want you. If you are too easy to keep, she will lose interest in you. If you are too easy to control, she will not respect you.
