I find that many times (not all) when a girl acts not so nice to me I feel down and then as soon as I get a girl act nice to me I feel better...until the next time a girl acts not so nice...and so on and so on.

It's driving me nuts. Anyone experience this rollercoaster drama ?

haha ! Well, I've been in a 3 on 9 fight and got kneed in the head (no knockout!) and sustained a concusion, I think that would count yes ?

And I DO work out, but I've been slacking lately.

Well, I was visiting Eastern Europe (country shall remain unnamed lol). We were at a club and my buddy who lives there had some past beef with some guys and he started crap and I backed him up and really it ended up 2 on 9 cuz one of the guys got kicked in the nuts early on and he managed to crawl away or something and this is how we know how many kicked our ass. It was his words that it was 9 but honestly that is hard to believe. I never counted lol...but I guess he did his counting duty.

I remember just that everytime I tried to get up I'd get knocked down again. I didn't know where the hell the punches where coming from. I remember getting kneed. It actually didn't hurt at all ...none of it did...untill the next morning when I got out of bed and took 3 steps, my head started spinning, I fell down, and I started dry heaving. For the next month whenever I looked up really quickly everything would start spinning. A concusion kinda changes your personna.....makes you more zombie like.

If a hor is being a bytch to you then put her in her place. Don't get sad on the inside. Do something about it!
Yeah, I shouldn't get sad. I need other validation...like a good paying job! lol
Well, I don't call women bytches. Wouldn't calling a woman names show that "she got to you" and show that you can't keep your cool ?

Here are some wise words from a wise man. Senor Fingers touches on the subject in this post.

:)

That's one the main ways people decribe low self-esteem.

Low self-esteem is where your self-esteem is based on the approval (or disappoval) of others.

High self-esteem is based on an internal, more stable, possibly inflated, sense of self-worth.

How about liking yourself regardless as opposed to basing your feelings on how other people react to you?

Yeah, it happens. It's more of an intermitent problem. And I can catch it as it happens and it just seams like something out of my control. Many times I get taken aback by how it affects me. Like a shock to my system before I can even think about it.
I know I need to improve in my ability to be independent and make money. I think this has been weighing on my self-esteem for a long time.
