Seeing someone, should I see someone else?

So, Ive (27) been dating this woman(26) for about 4 months. Shes a very very high quality woman and I really enjoy her company. There has been no talking of an exclusive relationship. I about 99.9%sure she is not seeing anyone else.

Now, my buddy wants to hook me up with someone else.

What should I do. I do believe in bad karma. Do you? Help!
