well i went on a diet over the summer(lost like ten pounds)weighed 116 and went down to 106, i'm 5'6...was 14 at the time and now i'm 15...but what ended up happening was that i got really skinny, but i had tons of endurance.....six pack was showing and everything, but wat i wanted was to bulk up a little cause i wanna get the six pakc and have the guns too but the last time i tried to get it i just got really skinny and didn't gain any muscle weight...oh yeah, and i didn't go to the gym, all that i did was do 60 push ups and 30 dips for my triceps and i also did 200 reverse sit ups, 50 sit ups and 50 side crunches for each side of my obliques...and on the next day i did 100 hindu squats...and i did this every other day for like two months straight...and what specific diet should i follow and i was also wondering what type of supplement is the best for bulking up...i know that creatine is good but my friend told me of this other thing where he gained 20 pounds of muscle....and will the supplements work if i all i dont do weights and just push ups and that kinda stuff

I suggest doing the same routine you do now and wait a year or two before taking any supplements and heavy lifting since that can stunt your growth.

supplements, if anything, would help his body keep up with its demands for nutrition and prevent things like stunted growth.

check out some routines on body building websites or posted by reputable sources and try them out until you find one you like.

Is it just me or is 106 (and even the beginning weight of 116) scarily thin for a 5'6" guy?

I'm 5'4", about 155. And I'm not fat. So this to me seems like he should weigh MORE.

It's not really that skinny if he has an average amount of muscle (like enough for everday functions) and very little fat.
