So she unblocks you, you immediately text her AND set up a date? For the same day nonetheless?

You only did that because you have already put her on a pedestal as a chick that all the guys want. Hell I would flake on her and send her a text an hour before and tell her something came up, get ahold of you later and then wait several days to a week before initiating any contact again.
