So here's the situation.
Couple of days ago I was playing around with this pellet gun I got for my birthday, the safety failed, and I accidently shot my old LCD monitor.
So now I'm shopping for a new one, down to two choices.
Choice 1;
Samsung, 19"
2 ms response time
2000:1 contrast ratio; 300 cd/m² brightness

So I need a new monitor asap, please help me pick. One is much better on the eyes, the other is much better on the wallet.
