haha, Daniel am eating 2x protein. Keeping fats low + carbs off 5 hrs before bed. By saying my goal is 190 that is what I want. For my height I think thats perfect. Will see when I change the fat I got + whatever else into muscle at 190lbs how I look, If I feel I want more than that I will keep going but now the goal is to see what 190 is going to look like for me. "Athletic Muscular" aha. is the look am going for.
