Reading something from him today, may appear outdated, corny, and out of touch. But I still contend that he is one of the best at his game. And the reason is because trends can change but human psychology appears to remain the same.

Right on. The "classic" material is just as relevant today for the very reason you mentioned.

"Never split the difference" is the single best negotiation tactic book you will ever read. Belfort/Cardone are spineless weasels.
