Think twice before copying the moves in movies... such as the crazy chases in Crazy, Stupid, Love.

I have copied some stupid moves from movies and ended like a disaster. Have guys had similar experiences?

Well - where else do you think people got the idea that telling a girl they loved them would get them anywhere? Only in the movies.

Most of the time, yes, movies can create an AFC.

There are a few out there that are spot on though. "Casino" comes to mind. Dude is a millionaire and runs a Casino but his wife steals money from him and gives it to some actual pimp that she's still in love with.

Oh gotcha, romance movies...

Eh, it could be considered an anti-romance movie.

If you think about it, romance movies are about people who are strongly attracted to each other. In other words, for the woman, it's the right guy. And we all know that the right guy can do pretty much whatever he wants and she'll eat it up.

Romance movies aren't supposed to lead guys to be alpha, they, along with other types of entertainment, are supposed to play to your fantasy and get to your emotion so you

a) spend money
b) get distracted from the real issues
c) feel good about yourself for 15 min

Movies are scripted where the characters rehearse the lines and act accordingly to move the plot along . To copy them expecting the same result is a little crazy.

Right. Plus they want to make money. That would be tough writing something where the woman falls for the Antagonist (bad boy), and leaves the protaganist (guy who buys her dinner) at home curled up in the fetal position waiting for her phone call. And the labeling the movie Romance. Women would run out of the movie theatre screaming "we're not like that!!!" and demanding their money back and giving it horrible reviews.

Music and soundtrack in movies has a huge affect as well. Many scenes you watch would not have the same emotional impact without it.
Music has an anchoring effect. Guys watch these dialogues go on in romantic dramas or comedies and associate those good feelings from the music and scenes to fantasies of recreating it in their lives.

How many guys have cranked up Bryan Adams, Everything I Do I Do It for You, and went over imagined scenarios of white knighting over girls, and gaining intimacy and affection from them. I know I used to. That is some blue pill ingesting stuff.

Thinking you're gonna get laid from those movies equate to thinking you'll beat Van Damme in a fight after watching Bloodsport!

THIS. Music has a very strong effect on everything. What you won't hear is the rushing noise of traffic, the guy cursing at the obnoxious driver that just cut him off, the heavy raindrops landing on the sidewalk, the loud woman on her phone etc.

Van Damme movies are like porn.

You only really watch them for the action and the storyline/acting sucks.

People just like good emotions. Most people don't watch movies to see even more depressing things than whats already going on in their own life. They want a nice gooey happy ending. Same with love songs. Sure they're all gooey AFC bullsh!t but we can all relate to them because we've felt those emotions. Those of us who know better may not have acted on them but I bet most men have felt them at one point in time.

The more I think about it, the less unrealistic these movies seem. Remember that the male lead is usually Matthew McConaughey, Ryan Reynolds, Channing Tatum, whoever. You think you're going to win the girl over these guys with your negs and C&F, no matter how AFC they might act? Lol.

You don't want to know how much Romance BOOKS mislead women.

Ok, I know you do.

here is the list of what is trending, bestselling right into the minds of the voracious female readers:

1. guy is a billionaire. non negotiable.
2. guy was a cowboy, but now:
3. is a knuckle boxing fighter, may be MMA
4. he is ripped, he is hard muscle
5. he has a big cokk
6. he is dominant and always in charge

now those are not separate. those HAVE to be there as one.

what requirement for the main female lead?

1.she has to be plain (relatable)

that's it.

The women who read this are all around you. They are the plane janes. What does that tell you about expectations? Sure, it is an escape. But they read 5 of those books a week.

my ex landlady was a romance 'novelist'. she was a fvcking nightmare - talk about delusions of grandeur - thought she was barbara cartland. plus her husband was the most weak, beta male you could ever find. but he was a provider.

our parting was not amicable.

You don't have to believe in the New World Order conspiracy to see that boys are being deliberately and systematically emasculated. Schools teach them that if they're being bullied, they should cower/hide and/or just shut up and get used to it. Work teaches a man that if he wants to keep his job, he must learn never to question any of the nonsensical orders he's given. Marriage teaches a man that to do anything for himself is the ultimate evil and to do anything for his wife is the ultimate good. Even if those orders too are nonsensical.

While school teaches girls that they're smarter than boys (lie) more caring (lie) more attractive (lie) and so on. They are built up and placed in an artificial position of power over men. And the bimbos don't even realise they're following a script that was carefully laid out by some of this world's most evil industrialists such as Disney et al. Their only goal being to decrease your freedom until it hurts.

And that's before you even get into the addition of estrogen mimickers to babies feeding bottles and food wrappers. Once a man has had all this **** in his system, he's a physical and spiritual wreck. And that's exactly what the powers that be want in order that they can bring in their global corporate government. No ***** whipped man is ever going to fight the corporate dictatorship. There are only a few real men left who will do that and the media wants you to believe they're the bad guys.

Snowden is the biggest hero this world has seen in several decades, the man has stones like space hoppers, but the media tells you he's weak and effeminate (FOR STANDING UP FOR FREEDOM! - the highest calling for any man). The mind control is really quite obvious, when you see it.

i think, from personal experience, celebrity magazines and gossip outlets like MSN mislead people also. I've known girls take on board their stupid narcissistic mantras about looks/age/beauty (40 is the new 30 et al). It wouldn't surprise me that some men can potentially suffer from lack of sexual confidence being around such women. Personally i got really depressed in my early twenties, as it is often women I notice reading into this shvt that made me feel 'old'. Secondly, it distracts both genders from things that matter.
