I really doubt I'm going to get a good answer to this, but why not.

Back when I was in my senior year of high school, my alarm clock broke. When I got a new clock, something weird happened. Every morning, without exception, I woke up exactly one minute before the alarm was supposed to ring (6:00am). On the weekends, or any other day the alarm was turned off, I would sleep until 10:30am. It seems to defy scientific explanation because, on the mornings I had to wake up early, it was pitch black -- there was no daylight to tell my body to wake up. I went to bed every night at different times, so there was no set interval. And how the hell did my body know to sleep in on the weekends?

The only thing I can think of is that the alarm clock was in my field of vision when I laid in bed. It's almost as if my eyes were open the whole time.

The body is incredibly good at keeping time. Musicians and dancers are examples in action.

I used to get up at exactly 6:33am - on a sh1tty electronic clock I used to have - for years. For some reason Ive forgotten now, that time 6:33 was imprinted in my mind.

One of the tricks I do when I have to get up early at a certain time is to tell myself over and over again the night before that I must get up at X:YZ. I still have the alarm on but it's just an insurance policy. Magically I always wake up at that time (give or take a minute) before the alarm.

Do not be too easy. If you are too easy to get, she will not want you. If you are too easy to keep, she will lose interest in you. If you are too easy to control, she will not respect you.

What most people said. I'll add that your body does have a good internal clock, AND the sound of the alarm causes such horrible dread, your body kinds of "cuts it off" so it can't do much damage.

One thing I absolutely HATE: The clock I have now is a cheap one, and you can't see what time it is unless you push a button on top.

Once in a while I'll wake up, thinking it's the middle of the night, thinking I'm going to check the time to verify I've got a few hours left of sleep, only to find out I've got like three minutes.

Of course, those wonderful moments are when you wake up and for a few brief moments, you wonder what's happening at work that day, then realize it's Saturday.
