Today my membership for the gym is renewed, and it's been a while since I've been there.

Any tips, and or quick plans before I go?

If you currently have too many women chasing you, calling you, harassing you, knocking on your door at 2 o'clock in the morning... then I have the simple solution for you.

Just read my free ebook 22 Rules for Massive Success With Women and do the opposite of what I recommend.

This will quickly drive all women away from you.

And you will be able to relax and to live your life in peace and quiet.

Depends. How advanced are you, how long have you been out, have you been injured...

I'd say I have a good knowledge of the machines there, and I was moving up quite a bit on lifting for my age (could lift more than teens 3 years older than me; I was 15).

I have not been there since July.

No biggie then, just take things slow, warm-up well, don't expect to lift as much as you did in July - the strength will come back quickly but don't rush it.

Remember to fuel yourself well before and after the gym and throughout the day.

Nothing fancy really. Just the basics. Ease back into it ..
